Price list
Boiler Repair
£85
Covers the call-out, diagnosis and the first hour of repair labour. Additional time is charged at £45 per hour, plus any parts needed, which are always agreed with you in advance.
Minimum Charge
from £40
For very minor repairs taking less than 15 minutes where we are nearby or already passing, for example replacing a board fuse or plug fuse.
Full Strip-Down Boiler Service
£70
A full strip-down service by a Gas Safe registered engineer, checking correct gas pressure and flow, flue and combustion, and cleaning the main boiler components. Also includes a visual inspection, operation and control checks, flame sense device, pilot burner, cables and probes, boiler operation, ventilation, flue effectiveness, heating controls, safety devices and seals.
Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP12)
£75
Includes a full boiler service at the same visit, helping identify potential issues early and reduce the risk of avoidable breakdowns during the year ahead.
Gas Fire Servicing
£65
Reduced to £55 if carried out at the same time as a boiler service.
Hot Water Cylinder Servicing
£85
Includes a boiler service in the same visit, plus a full check of the heating and hot water sides of the system, expansion vessels, relief valves, pump, controls and immersion heater.
Thermostat Fitting
£85
Fitting of a new heating thermostat, set up and tested before we leave.
