Masoud has just completed a repair and service of my Vaillant Combi boiler. He managed to fit me into his schedule at relatively short notice. He is an impressive technician; anticipating the source of my problem and having the replacement part to solve it. He completed the service of the boiler efficiently leaving my kitchen as clean as when he entered. I can highly recommend him and will definitely give him a call in the future.

Masoud came to our rescue when we arrived home from work to find a pigeon stuck behind our gas fire. He arrived within 10 mins of calling him - was professional, polite and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend him. Overall brilliant brilliant service - thanks Masoud.

Masood maintains our boiler excellently and is always very polite, professional and knowledgeable when he's here. Recently we called him for an emergency removal of a live pigeon from our chimney behind the gas fire. He fitted us in, coming very quickly and then was expert in his removal of the fire and the bird - who he safely released. He really saved the day, and even capped off the fire which we had been meaning to do for ages. He's a lovely guy and top pro - we thoroughly recommend him!!

Wow! Amazing service from Masoud. He came out straight away at really short notice when our old-ish boiler had failed overnight in a cold snap. Within about an hour of calling it was diagnosed and fixed at a very reasonable price. He repaired another faulty part for free. Really great boiler technician. Recommend to anyone with a boiler!
